Let us showcase your beautiful new construction home with our professional staging. Whether it is the model home for your community or an individual spec home, staging will help get you more customers looking to build or buy a new construction home.
Short Term Rental Property
We personally own short term rentals and know the best furniture to put in your home, combining budget and style to make your short term rental stand out from the competition.
Process
Step 1 | Consultation
Once we receive your inquiry, we will contact you to discuss the details and schedule either a virtual or in-home consultation. If we can’t do a virtual consultation then we will schedule a time to tour the home in person.
Step 2 | Proposal
Within 24-hours of the consultation we will provide you with a written proposal outlining the costs and details of your customized staging package. Once the agreement is signed, we will schedule your installation day.
Step 3 | Installation
We offer hassle-free installation! We only ask that on installation day the home is clear except for members of our staging team. Once staging is set, it is yours for 60 days. If your listing sells sooner, we will schedule an early de-stage. We also offer renewal options if an extension is needed.
Pricing
Because we only stage vacant properties we have a simplified and transparent pricing process. In order to accurately price the property we do need a few pieces of information. Please fill out our contact form for us to discuss our staging process and fees with you.
